Premium LEDs
Premium LEDs use 5730 (5.7mm x 3.0mm) rectangular LED Chips that offers superior brightness over the 5050 (5.0mm by 5.0mm) standard square LED. Along with an 2.5x increase in brightness per LED chip, higher quality components are used throughout with milled aliminum heatsinks to dissipate heat.
CANBus
A CANBus bulb is commonly referred to as an error-free LED. Built-in load resistors allow them to be used with CAN(Controller Area Network) Bus equipped vehicles without triggering the OBC (On Board Computer), commonly found in European vehicles such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Volkswagen, and Porsches. The built-in load resistors create heat and are often designed with higher quality materials and aluminum heatsinks that help to dissipate heat quickly.
