PrecisionLED offers a standard 30 day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped. Damaged items will not be refunded and will be subtracted from the total refund amount upon inspection.

Q. How do I return or exchange an item?
First, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at (888) 963-7742. Then, ship the part(s) back to us in the original package. We suggest you insure your return package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs not associated with a warranty claim.

You have 30 days to return it. Contact us for an RMA number at (888) 963-7742. Then, ship the part(s) back to us in the original package. We suggest you insure your return shipment. Our returns address is above.

Q. Are there certain parts I can’t return?
We do not accept returns on parts that have been used or were damaged during installation. PrecisionLED is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or injury that may occur as a result of installation. All installations are performed at your own risk. For any return, you’ll need an RMA number. Please contact us at (888) 963-7742 to obtain one.

No, but you are responsible for return shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs not associated with a warranty claim. We recommend customers pay for insurance on the package as PrecisionLED is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for return items to be processed. As soon as it’s processed, we’ll refund any money due.

Q. What if my return never arrives? Do I still get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages. That’s why we recommend buying insurance for anything you ship to us.
Q. What if someone else purchased the part for me and I want to return or exchange it?
You can’t return a part you didn’t buy for a refund. However, we can usually do an exchange. Call us to coordinate.
Q. What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a part?
